Kerrigan Wedding Cake (Unframed)

Each cake design is a journey into the imagination and in some ways, perhaps, a portrait of the mind of its maker.

Wanted to take a second to explain the cake concept. We went with 231 servings and the tiny dummy on top for a total of 6 tiers. Each tier is 4 inches tall. I merged together 3 images. The Structure of the arrangement comes from the clematis and vines in the Putnam arrangement. Then the fluffier elements from the Bows and arrows image were inserted in. Peonies... some upside down some rounded bud size. In white. There are white roses too for more fluff. The blue delphiniums in the Putnam arrangement were switched to a blush color and the wine and black ish hellebores were added in the right hand side of the arrangement near the blush Delphinium and to the right of the main white peony. The greenery is curly willow with leaves. I messaged Putnam and asked . Also included is an animated sort of black and white anemone with the petals falling backward / apart . White sweet peas from bows and arrows were added in place of the white fluff from the Putnam image . I think it would be cool on a black stand . Black pedestal maybe for my photograph. Black wall. Black linen ... the cake fondant is black. So that the white and pops of blush and wine will pop forward on the black background .
